SHIPPING

Shipping Method

We ship through a variety of trusted carriers via our partner MBE Worldwide. As such, all packages are send with Track and Trace and are to be signed upon delivery. You can track your package through the tracking details send to you via email upon completing your order.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are weight and distance based. We ship only within Europe. All items are produced in- and shipped from Hungary. Your costs will be automatically calculated in your basket, based on the selected products and destination.

Production Time

As each item is carefully handmade and in many cases colors will have to be made-to-order, it will take between 1-4 weeks to produce a product. The duration also depends on the type of product and the order volumes I'm receiving.

Delivery Time

All items should arrive within 3-5 working days from the moment an item is shipped out. Items are shipped out after production is complete, which usually takes between 1-4 weeks. If for whatever reason a package is taking longer to arrive, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to sort things out for you!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you are unhappy with your purchased item, for whichever reason, you can return the item if there is no damage to the product and if all labels are still attached.

Returning (i.e. packing and sending) an item, either for exchange or a refund, is at your own risk and cost.

 

Returns can be shipped to:

MBE Hungary, attn: Bella Mini - Erős Eneth, 1134 Budapest, Dunyov Istvan u. 6, Hungary.

If a returned item is received by us, you will receive a confirmation message, following which a new item will be shipped to you (exchange) or a refund will be made (refund) within maximum 14 days.

 

We are not responsible for broken or damaged packaging. This is the shipper's responsibility. As such, we suggest to return any item with track-and-trace and insurance to make sure it arrives back at us properly.
